You describe your own services, resources and calendars, so the same system adapts to a hair salon, a guest house, a car service or a kayak rental.

How do bookings and payments work together?

You choose how each service is booked. Add a booking service to an online store product to receive payment before the booking is confirmed - a good fit for rentals and accommodation. Or add it to a web form to receive free reservation requests without payment - a good fit for table reservations and consultations.

What do visitors see when they make a booking?

Visitors book directly on your website. They select a service and choose an available date and time based on your calendar, working hours and existing bookings. Depending on your setup, they then either send a reservation request through a web form or pay for the booking in your online store.

Every booking appears in the booking calendar in your Mozello control panel.

Can Mozello remind my customers about their bookings?

Yes. Mozello can send automatic e-mail reminders on the Premium plan or higher, and SMS reminders on the Pro plan. Reminders reduce missed appointments, and you can add your own note to every reminder, such as directions or arrival instructions.

Yes. Create a Mozello website that works as your booking page, set up your services and calendars there, and link to it from your existing website - for example, from a "Book now" button. Customers follow the link, choose a time and complete the booking on the Mozello page.
