How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your Mozello subscription and stop future payments:
- Log into your website editor.
- Click Settings > General settings > Billing.
- Under Active services, click Change payment settings on your subscription card, then Cancel Subscription on the page that opens.
If your card shows Disable automatic payments instead, click that.
If you pay by bank transfer, simply do not pay the next invoice.
Your website will remain accessible until the end of your paid period, shown on the card. After that, it will be unavailable until you renew your subscription.
Payments are not refunded, except as provided in the distance contract.
